Online registration and choice filling for MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. and B.F.Sc. seats in Bihar
Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has opened a fresh chance for medical and veterinary aspirants who missed earlier UGMAC-2026 counselling. The Special Stray Vacancy Round is meant for NEET(UG)-2026 qualified candidates who have not yet been admitted to any medical or dental college in India and who had not completed registration with counselling fee and security deposit in earlier rounds. Candidates who already registered earlier can also give consent for this round where the notice allows it, so no eligible candidate is left out only because an earlier form remained incomplete. For BDS, B.V.Sc. and B.F.Sc. courses this is Round-5, while MBBS seats are covered by the Special Stray Vacancy Round.
Seats in this round cover first year MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical and dental colleges of Bihar, together with B.V.Sc. and A.H. and B.F.Sc. courses in government veterinary colleges and the College of Fisheries. Allotment will follow the NEET(UG)-2026 All India Rank, and candidates must fill choices in order of preference on the UGMAC portal. Choices are locked with an OTP sent to the registered mobile number and email ID, and a choice saved but not locked is locked automatically after the last date, so candidates should lock choices and keep a print of the filled choices and confirmation page for document verification.
