Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has started online registration and choice filling for PGMAC (Ayush) counselling 2026, opening the way for AIAPGET-2026 qualified candidates to seek admission to MD/MS Ayurveda, MD Unani and MD Homoeo courses in Bihar’s colleges. Registration and choice filling for Round 1 and Round 2 begins on 7 November 2026, and the window closes on 11 November 2026. Candidates should check the seat matrix, which the board is posting on 6 November, before filling their choices.

The counselling covers 16 MD/MS (Ayurveda) subjects at Government Ayurvedic College, Patna, five MD (Unani) subjects at Government Tibbi College, Patna, and 12 MD (Homoeo) subjects — five at RBTS Government Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Muzaffarpur, and seven at GD Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Patna, a private college. All five rounds will be held online. The counselling fee is Rs. 2,200 for all categories, payable online, with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 for government colleges and Rs. 50,000 for private colleges. The rank card comes on 12 November 2026, and choice filling and locking for Round 1 close the same day at 11:59 pm.

Round 1 provisional allotment will be published on 14 November 2026, with document verification and admission on 18 and 19 November. Round 2 choice filling and editing open on 23 November, with allotment on 27 November and document verification on 29 and 30 November. Lock choices before the last date, since choices saved but not locked are locked automatically.
