Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya (SSVV), Varanasi has advertised teaching posts in three of its affiliated Sanskrit colleges. The SSVV teaching vacancy 2026 covers 12 posts — six at Shri Narang Sanskrit PG Mahavidyalaya, Ghughli (Maharajganj), three at Shri Tulsidas Udayraj Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Basti, and three at Shri Bhagirathi Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Garhmukteshwar (Hapur). The advertisements appeared on the university notice board on 5 November 2026.

The posts include Vibhagadhyaksh and Sahayak Vibhagadhyaksh in Sahitya and Vyakaran, Adhyapak and Sahayak Adhyapak in Sahitya, Navya Vyakaran and Hindi, and a Principal post at the Hapur college. Candidates need a postgraduate degree in the concerned subject, passed at least in second class, with a traditional degree preferred for Sahitya and Vyakaran posts. The Principal post also needs five years of postgraduate teaching experience and a minimum age of 30 years.

Applications are offline only. Candidates must send the application with self-attested certificates and a bank draft by registered post to the Manager of the concerned college, within 21 days of the advertisement’s publication. The fee is Rs. 1,000 for General and OBC candidates at two colleges and Rs. 500 at the Hapur college, with concessions for SC/ST candidates. The post applied for must be written on the envelope.
