The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started registration for NEET PG 2026 Round 2 counselling for MD, MS and PG Diploma seats under the 50% All India Quota and 100% seats in Deemed and Central Universities. The revised Round 2 schedule (Ref. U-12021/09/2026-MEC, Notice No. 5, dated 7 November 2026) was issued after new PG seats were added to the Round 2 seat matrix as approved by the National Medical Commission. Registration opened at 01:00 PM on 7 November 2026 and will remain open up to 03:00 PM on 14 November 2026.

Candidates can fill fresh choices from 11:00 AM on 10 November to 11:55 PM on 14 November 2026, and lock them between 04:00 PM and 11:55 PM on 14 November. The seat allotment will be processed on 15-16 November and the Round 2 result will be published on 17 November 2026. Candidates allotted a seat must report to the allotted institute between 18 and 24 November 2026. Institutes will verify the Round 2 seat matrix up to 11:00 AM on 9 November, and candidates can resign from a Round 1 seat without forfeiture up to 06:00 PM on 9 November.

Registration and choice filling are done only on the official MCC portal, mcc.nic.in, through the PG Medical Counselling page linked below. Candidates should follow the revised schedule dated 7 November 2026, as the earlier schedule has been modified. The EDIT/RESET registration option is available from 03:00 PM on 7 November up to 01:00 PM on 14 November 2026.
