Himachal Pradesh University Regional Centre, Mohli, Khaniyara, Dharamshala will hold spot counselling for the one-year LL.M. programme for the academic session 2026–27 on 10 November 2026. As per the notice dated 6 November 2026, some seats in the programme have remained vacant, and the counselling will fill them on the spot as per university rules and the availability of seats. Eligible candidates must report at the Regional Centre office at 10:00 AM with the application form and all original documents.

The application fee is Rs. 1,500 for General category candidates and Rs. 900 for SC/ST/PwD candidates, payable by Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order in favour of the Director, H.P. University, Regional Centre, Dharamshala. Candidates should check the HPU LL.M. counselling notice 2026 on the university website, hpuniv.ac.in, before reporting, and note that the Shimla campus has separately released the LL.M. second waiting list, whose selected candidate must deposit the fee online by 9 November 2026.
