No. 136 dated 30 October 2026 for 3 contractual posts in its Project Management Cell (PMC) — Team Leader cum Senior Urban Planner, Junior Urban Planner and Hardware & Network Support Executive. The engagement is for one year or the project period, whichever is earlier, and the monthly remuneration goes up to Rs. 1,15,000 for the Team Leader post. The Team Leader post needs a Post-Graduate degree in Urban Planning with Graduation in Architecture and 10 years of experience, including 7 years in urban planning and infrastructure consultancy. The Junior Urban Planner needs a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with 2 years of relevant experience, while the Hardware & Network Support Executive needs B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT) or MCA with 2 years of experience. The maximum age is 40 years for the Team Leader and IT Executive posts and 35 years for the Junior Urban Planner post, as on 1 October 2026.

Minimum 10 years of experience, including 7 years in Urban Planning, Urban Infrastructure and Real Estate Consultancy. Age below 40 years on 01.10.2026.
- Jr. Urban Planner: Master’s Degree in Urban Planning / Town Planning / Urban & Regional Planning from SPA, CEPT or other centrally recognised premier university. Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (internship not counted). Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office. Age below 35 years on 01.10.2026.
- Hardware & Network Support Executive: B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology, Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or MCA from a recognised University/Institution. 2 years of relevant experience in computer hardware, networking and IT infrastructure.
