The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the AAI Admit Card 2026 for the Direct Recruitment of Managers and Junior Executives under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT. The recruitment covers 389 posts in various disciplines, and the online call letter is the document every applicant needs for the Computer Based Test (CBT). If you applied for this recruitment, the AAI admit card 2026 download window is open from 14 October 2026 to 26 October 2026, and your call letter is available through the official login page. The admit card is not a formality — it carries your roll number, your post code, your exam date, your reporting time and your exam centre, so download it and read every detail on it carefully.

Many candidates search for the AAI Junior Executive admit card and the AAI Manager admit card as if they were two different documents, but there is only one call-letter process for this recruitment. Whether you applied for a Manager post or a Junior Executive post, you use the same Download Call Letter button, the same official login page, and the same login details — your Registration No. / Roll No. and your Password / Date of Birth. After logging in, open the Online Call Letter link, download the admit card, and take a print of it. Keep that print safe, because the call letter is what you will carry with you for the CBT.

The biggest question after the AAI admit card 2026 download is the AAI CBT exam date — and here the answer depends on your post code. The official press note dated 23 September 2026 gives the CBT dates as tentative: 21 October 2026 and 26 October 2026. Candidates whose post codes are 02, 03, 05, 06, 07, 09, 11, 12 or 15 have their CBT on 21 October 2026, while candidates whose post codes are 01, 04, 08, 10, 13 or 14 have their CBT on 26 October 2026. Do not guess your date from someone else’s call letter — check your own post code on your own call letter, because your CBT date follows your post code.

That is also why the download window matters. The online call letter download window stays open from 14 October 2026 to 26 October 2026, and 26 October 2026 is the last date to download the call letter. If your CBT falls on 21 October 2026, download and print your call letter well before that date, and check the exam date, reporting time and exam centre printed on it. If your CBT falls on 26 October 2026, the same advice holds — the window closes on the day of the second CBT set, so leaving the download to the last day is the one mistake to avoid.

Once you download the AAI admit card 2026, go through it line by line. Your call letter shows your name, your roll number, your post code, your exam date, your reporting time and your exam centre. Match the name and roll number with the details you used at the time of application, and confirm that the post code on the call letter is the post you applied for — that post code decides whether your CBT is on 21 October 2026 or 26 October 2026. The recruitment itself was announced for 389 posts of Managers and Junior Executives under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT, and the job post date for this update was 22 July 2026, with the exam press note following on 23 September 2026. For anything beyond what the call letter shows, the official pages are the AAI Recruitment Dashboard on aai.aero and the Exam Press Note PDF, which is the exam notice dated 23 September 2026. Verify every detail from those official AAI pages, and use the Download Call Letter button for the official login page.
