Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the official notification for admission to B.Ed. / M.Ed. / B.P.Ed. for the academic session 2026-28. Eligible candidates can apply online from 11 November 2026 to 15 November 2026 through the official website.

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the last-round online counselling notice for B.Ed., M.Ed. and B.P.Ed. courses for the academic session 2026–28. Advertisement No. J.C.E.C.E.B./01/26–122, dated 6 November 2026, covers the vacant seats left in B.Ed. institutions after the first, second, third, fourth and special rounds of online counselling. Candidates whose names appear in the state merit list can take part in this final round to claim one of the remaining seats.

As per the JCECEB B.Ed counselling 2026 schedule, the seat matrix will be displayed on 10 November 2026, and online registration with choice filling will run from 11 November to 15 November 2026. The provisional seat allotment letter will be issued on 17 November 2026, and document verification along with admission in the allotted institute will take place between 18 and 23 November 2026. The counselling fee is Rs. 400 for General, EWS, BC-I and BC-II candidates and Rs. 250 for SC, ST and female candidates of all categories, payable online through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. The fee is non-refundable.

Candidates who did not take part in the earlier rounds, who did not get a seat allotted, or who could not take admission after allotment are eligible for this last round. Candidates who are already admitted but want to change their institute can also participate; if they get a fresh allotment in this round, they must take admission in the new institute as their earlier admission will stand cancelled automatically. Registration is done through the ‘Click here for All Online Counselling-JCECEB 2026’ link on the Board’s official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. Candidates should fill as many choices as possible to improve their chances of allotment.
